Given that Instagram has announced it's going to do a massive cleanup of fake profiles, a lot of PR firms has announced that they wont be working with bloggers who has bought fake followers..

Not sure how many know , but this job has been done easy by the guys at Diet_Influencer.. So these guys have exposed pretty much the entire bunch of people who have excess of 90-100K followers and shown how they have bought over a period

Some of the names in this list are pretty famous and pretty much most influencers you might be following. What's your take on this. Should there be a decision to suspend these "so called" influencers from IB's side too ?

This is a sore topic and I am sure both brands, influencers, and PRs know what the deal is. Whether the public knows is another story. If the brands own PR person has no clue to fake influencers, or don't care enough, then the brand is not worth its name! #Justsaying.

Indiblogger is about blogging. What has Instagram to do with Indiblogger? I mean, if there is someone who is a good blogger, he remains one. Right? This fellow might have bought followers on Twitter or Instagram or FB or wherever else... how does this connect to his blogging skills?
