Attendees will have to pay for the food which is Rs. 200. The venue cost will be borne by the Core Committee of Pune Blog-In community. Contact Animesh (9823398350) or Hari (7387705556) for any queries

Tushar, first of all, hope you do not miss it this time :(
Saturday was decided because most of the people have some plans on Sunday. Next, we are expecting a bigger crowd this time, so a full day event is required. Even introduction takes a lot of time

A full day event also gives time connect and get to know everyone and Sunday can be relaxing days and write about the meet on our blogs and we can go back to work on Monday :).

That's good - a tried and tested venue; and a lucky one too considering the way Pune BlogIn has taken off. Looking forward meeting fellow Pune Bloggers on 7th July. I am sure there will be more attendees than last time on 05 May.

One request to all.. Please register only if you are almost sure to come in... In case we do not get sponsors, food will be ordered on the basis of number of registrations and if you do not turn up, the burden will be on the rest to pay for it.

I fully agree with the suggestion of Hari Narayana - we must avoid wastage of food. I think it would be a good idea if Pune Bloggers could reconfirm their attendance by a certain date to Captain Awesome so the organizers can order food accordingly.

87 Pune Bloggers Registered but only 20 turned up. It was a terrific meet, bonding, good food and informative afternoon session when expert bloggers gave talks on SEO and Professional Blogging. Let the next meet be by invitation only with proper agenda.

Hey Samar, please take the conversation on to the forums where you will get more responses regarding what happens during blogger meets.
To answer your question, it depends on the type of event, that is, sponsored or self funded, if self funded its far more interactive for bloggers. Sponsored events have to allot time for the sponsor to talk to bloggers.
