Thank you so much for your inspiring comments & yes that's my blog. Initially, I started it all by myself. However, later on I met few talented bloggers from different part of the world & some of them were highly interested to write on my site. So, now I basically chaned my approach & made it more like a community blog site. Anyone can write on "our" blog but we are very selective on that issue.
We are planning to get rid of some of the bloggers who are not active or writing on regular basis. We don't need bloggers who are not passionate about their work. Anyway, thank you once again for your comments. Have a good one.

In fact, I did that before but like as you said "opens quick", it wasn't the case at that time. However, I am thinking of re-organizing the front page to make it more attractive.
