I appreciate your simple favourite icon for your blog. It looks nice. Here are some suggestions :-
1- Your blog is little slow. Please speed up your blog.
2- A blog logo in place of title will do better.
3- Improve your blog theme... You can improve to present text for better readability.
4- Lots of widgets, I think. Remove some of them.
