hi shankar um reviewing ur blog on two criteria's

1. Content: as long as u r writing ur own musings(like on women bias) and life experiences(like ur recent trip) ur blog is nice. bt wn u start posting stff tht we all receive thru e-mail, it may act as a turn off. So dont mix up the two things in a single blog.

2. Layout: In the given template u hav clutterd so many widgets tht it is looking ugly.. sorry 4 using an offending word bt plz go for a better template and lesser widgets(i find some of the widgets unnecessary like the amazon one and customised recent visitors.. go for more basic ones to giv professional look). A 3 column template(like mine) will help u in using more widgets in a neater way.

Hi Shankar.. I liked the template as it is very simple and looks effective. But I felt the page took little longer to load completely as it is loaded with widgets. But once loaded, I really liked it :)

good blog with nice posts. I like ur theme and the way u hv managed ur widgets. though u hav used too many of widgets and it makes the site load slower but it seems nice.
