Looking for feedback on my blog

I, Aseem Rastogi am currently pursuing my MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. I have been an avid writer writing small articles in the readers column for newspapers as well as been a part of the Editorial Committee at the college level for various college magazines. I started writing my blog on 5th July 2009 and write on different kinds of topics including personal ones, sports ones, social and even movie reviews. A review of my blog would help me get an idea of where I stand in terms of my writing, my content and also give me a chance to improve further.
