Hi Neha, I will put my observations point-by-point...

• Love the background of the blog, it goes with the name also.
• I feel archive tags should be placed at a more visible position as they give your visitors an immediate view what your blog is all about.
• You can also add a text box on the top of the blog (with description of your blog) so that visitors can immediately understand where they have landed.
• Also put something about authors which lets user connect to you.
• Bookmarking and sharing buttons can be dragged below/above posts.
• You can think of removing some gadgets. It will make it clean. For example, you have two subscribe options. One on the top and other on bottom. Same way you have Linkwithin with nothing below it.
• Adding pagination will improve the looks and ease the navigation.
• I like the way you write, its actual very honest and straight-forward writing. Keep the good work up.

     Neha I read your blog, it's very nice. Topics and content both are thought provoking and creative. selection of topic also shows your sensitivity towards social issues and your unique perspective.

    However you need to be regular in your writing. your blog's archive shows that you have written 22 articles in 2010 but they were written only in the month of February, March and April in rest of the months there was a drought of articles. in one month you write 15 articles and the next month 0. this pattern will discourage your readers and this is the reason your blog has very few followers inspite of good content. If you don't get time to write regularly than first you decide the average number of articles which need to be published every month and then suppose in any month you have time for writing more articles than write the articles and save it in draft and publish on later date. depending on time you have to write even 1 article per week would be O.K and second increase the length of your article.

Neha, great changes and the blog has become much much better than earlier. As they say there always is a room for improvement, I still see there still is some room for it: -

• Archieve should be more visible. You can move it a little up. I think the best place would be above labels.
• As you have only one page in the blog, you should remove the Home tab as it looks a bit odd. Better would be if you add few moe pages like About the blog, About Me, Site Map etc.
• It is a good idea to summarize your posts on the home page rather than showing them all as normally older posts get hidden if you show complete and too many posts on the 1st page. You can see my home page to understand it.
• Writing skills are awesome, no doubt about it but you need to be more frequent in posting.

Nice blog. All your posts have almost the same length. Interesting.

Please remove that network blogs followers widgets. It will make the site slower. I suggest you to upgrade your blog to a good magzine template. there are a lot of templates in internet. Go for a good one and install it first. and try to put a max of 3 posts in home.
