Writing skills are ultimate.

blog design is simple, a little touchup would be better.

Alexa rank, google pagerank etc. needed for better blogging.

Hi Ghazala, you already are a published author and your writing skills also show it. Its amazing...

Pramod has already commented about your blog also. Blog is too simple and it needs to be a bit attractive. You should also update it more frequently. Further you also need to work on it in a way so that coices of post are visible to readers most of the times. For e.g. archive should be clearly visible, related posts can be shown after each post. You can use LinkWithin for this purpose. You can write about your blog somewhere in the top so that visitors can get an immediate idea where they have landed.

As Pramod rightly said we all learn in due time and I have also experimented on a lot of designs and presentations before arriving to the present one. And still learning...
