Essential tools for a Wordpress Blog
I've just shifted my blog from Blogspot to my hoster's Wordpress platform. My older blog used to get 100-300 visitors every day, but the numbers have fallen off to 10-15 a day since shifting and it's this way since 2-3 months
So, my query is simple, I just want to know the names of some essential Wordpress tools that can help with increasing traffic and possibly some good widgets/plugins too. I've tried browsing through 1000s of available plugins but always end up confused. I hadn't even heard of SEO for blogs and had never used any measure for promotion, SEO tool etc. earlier and was getting not-too-bad traffic. 
Right now, I'm using AddThis, All In One Seo Pack, Cloudy Tag, Popular Posts and RSS Image Feed, Twittr feed and 1-2 others . Is there anything else that I should do ?

Yoast SEO plugin and google analytics from the same designer. Multi-page toolkit if you want to divide long posts into pages. If your site is hosted on a decent shared server where there isn't any issue of latency- use cloudfare's DNS.
As The Sorcerer said, use Yoast or AllInOne SEO plugin, Enable Akismet, Some lightweight social media share plugins (1-click Retweet/Share/Like) , W3TC (Must) plugin, You may also need some contact form plugins if your theme doesn’t have one.
