Unable to promote certain blogs

I am unable to promote this blog. The screen does not show his latest blogs for promotion. Though the list is avialbale, the promote button is not visible.
This happened for few other blogs too.
What am I doing wrong?
Kindly advise.

I think he has not put his posts in Indivine. What you are seeing is his latest posts. Ask him if he has submitted the post which you are trying to promote, I think the answer will be no.

I dont think he's put anything on Indivine.. else his profile will show that part too. You can't promote the posts from profile directly.
Let me explain it. A profile has two parts: Indivine posts and blog feed.
Blog feed is directly pulled from your blog and IndiVine posts are submiitedexclusively by the blogger. You can only promote posts on IndiVine and not feed. Here, no posts have been submitted on Indivine and hence, you're unable to promote them.
