Well friends, today Dehi H.C. gave a historic judgement by legalising same sex sexual intercourse. What do you think about it?

Great post. I have always been in support of this and against the sec 377 IPC. And one of the reasons why HIV/AIDS is more amongst the LGBT population is because of the social inequalities meted out to them...

its a historic judgement indeed! i'm amazed that it has well accepted across the media and the public.. this is historic in the sense that even the political parties have not reacted to it!! finally india is a young nation!

Its a historic jugement all right. Strange that it took soo long to arrive. India was one of the few democracies that had such an archaic anti-gay law then. I blogged about it too, naturally.

yeah ofcourse sex has to be consenting(and between adults), otherwise its a rape!

I believe the word used is "consenting"

In any case anti-gay laws are archaic and discriminatory.
