number of posts needed
Is there any minimum number of posts on the blogs before it is consideerred for listing?

Of course a blog can be resubmitted for reconsideration. Only thing to do is find out the original reason(s) why the blog was rejected and consider making the necessary changes :)

Photings means Jottings on Photographs.
There is no hard and fast rule for the number of posts. However, we do check for frequency of posts and the age of the blog.
