If you dont mind I have some feedback regrading your website as listed below -

1. Major one is your website is not mobile responsive but this is the era of mobile. So, as per my view it would be better if you are switching with a mobile responsive theme.

2. Logo is not looking proper becuase of taking more space. So, I think it would be more appealing if you are reducing its size.

which logo?you mean the header?

1. For mobile responsive you have to hire a website UI Developer if you are not having idea about how to code?

But if you are asking to me, switch your website on better framework like wordpress because there everything is readymade.

2. I am talking regarding logo (which is large image)  in header and above menu.
