How to recover from Google Panda & Google Penguin ?

My blog is getting daily 30 visits in a day.. Whereas, it was getting previously 3000 in a day (March-April).. 

I have removed all the bad posts that were non-quality.. Still SERPs are not improved. :/

Generally low quality sites that have too generic content are affected by such updates. Try writing on moer advanced topics which are not found in every other SEO blog. And, the penguin update was more about exact match domains than about quality content.
