Kerala Needs Help

Guys, I don't know where to begin from. The most important requirement today is communication in Kerala. We want to make sure that our loved ones are safe in their stranded places. Telephone lines are not operating in many places. There is no electricity. Can we Indiblogger do something. First thing is to assure them that they are safe.
