How do you derive inspiration for a post?

Hey there! Ever since I started blogging the way I look at things has changed. Everything I see and feel seems like it is something to be written about. The creative side of me has got a boost and wants to capture instances, emotions, people, lives and everything around it on words and store it in memory forever!

Which leaves me with a question. What is it that inspires others to write? How do you know that something is worth writing?

There is no such hard and fast rule. it is purely depends upon you and your niche. Open eyes and ears... inspiration will come automatically.

@Magali: Same here....I sometimes end up writing on things that I find boring, but looking at the bigger picture they matter a lot.

@Hiyaa: How well put...I'd say my life inspires me more to write poems...all my moods...happy...sad....dejected...guilty...celebrative...have been captured in poems...and yes I feel like if I didn't write anything my life would stop! Reciprocating all your feelings! :)

@Just a pen in my hand: Writing was my hobby too at first...I was very conscious of it and never really bothered to share what I wrote with anyone...but sometimes it becomes a bit too difficult not to say or express something one feels strongly about...right? That's when the need to blog and share stuff with people came out...life is indeed the best inspiration...the more you see and observe...the more you feel and more you write!

Problems inspire me. I write about topics related to personal finance coz i ve seen and met people messing up their finances and losing money. Their situations, problems and queries inspire me to come out with a solution in the form of my blog posts

@Nandan: That's a new one there...its good you're helping people learn a bit more on how to take care of finances through your blog...it serves my intention to know what is it that touches us enough to make us want to write about it...Thanks!
