What do you do when you are angry on someone in IB for something that they have done which you are sure isn't a good thing to be done? And, what do you think about favouritism and partiality of IB and its members when dealing with others?

Well, I would fight with that person and make him realize. And if you are important to him, then I'm sure he will realize it.The favouritism and partiality sure exist, they are the sad realities of our society which cannot be eliminated, but talking to the person how you feel about it can do the wonders, believe me!

Dint get you Innocent

But, when in doubts .. it's always better to be clear and sort it out with the person than make a mess of it. Sometimes we tend to see things from a different window which can lead to miscommunications and misunderstandings. Talk with the concerned person and Clear it out.

Hey Ranjith,

About first question, it depends on your friendship with that person! And this is not the case only on IB, this is everywhere. If someone is close friend we will surely tell what we have felt. If some misunderstanding is there, we should convery our feelings. Misunderstanding are more on internet, the reason we can't listen the voice of person, so any line can take different meanings.  But if thing is such communication is impossible then we should try to forget or focus other things.

About second question, we can't say anything about partiality and favouritism because this also happens everywhere. But as Arti said talk and clear the thing. My opinion about favouratism as it happens in schools, colleges, jobs ..everywhere is I will focus on my identity only.

Almost everyone of us goes through such feelings and it's part of life. Please don't be sad and we are all good friends. So if you can share, that will be nice.

Ranjith, just give time, to the issue, watch as a bystander. If one is very close, mail him/her his shortfalls and their remedies. Otherwise let go. This type is like a kalidasa , sitting on high tree branchand cutting the same. Sure to hurt himself.

Yeah. Better than creating such threads (unless some of us, atleast the regular guys, know whom you're talking about) in vague stuff you should probably do this. I'll make it easier, is it me? If it is: Fire it away!!

Like others, I don't know for sure what you are talking about but I would like to say it is unreasonable to expect others to be truly fair or objective. Unfortunately we are all biased in some way because of our personal attachments. My best advice is to sit back and think about it for a couple of days before you decide what actions are best for you to take in regards to the situation. Try to figure out if what they did was good and who it was good for. Then contrast that with why it was bad and who was it bad for. Do you think they may have had trouble deciding whether to do it or not because of who it was bad for? Try to talk to them about it if possible so you can be at peace. There is no reason to make yourself suffer over something that they are not suffering as much over.
