I should have asked for a review much earlier, but I guess it is never too late - do let me know what you think :D

review-ception!

I like what you did with the header, but way too many options in the main menu. My screen is 1680 x 1050 resolution and when I hover over customized links, I have to go way WAY down. Do keep the main menu small. Too many things on the top isn't always good. Do you even need a calendar (unless you're tagging something like new release). Flag counter isn't really needed to be displayed in public. Push search towards the top so that it's easier to type. You can always remove 'about me' and place it as a secondary menu (usually placed above the header). You can put the indiblogger thing and awards link under 'About Me' page as well. You need to plan what do you want to put in your side window. When you put the rating in the title, it somewhat reduces the point of reading the actual review. Maybe stars rating would be better? I like watching movies, but I don't know much about reviews. It's a bit touchy especially care needs to be taken that spoilers are not there. Check out and review some non-English international movies as well. Many of them are really good. Rec, troll hunter,  etc. Movies that are not usually screen here by mainstream cinema halls.

Thanks :)I will change things about the main menu and also the flag counter. The calendar is to remind me how much I have posted during the month. Yes, I will push the search bar to the top. There is no secondary menu; actually, I can't have any change to the design - this is a free theme and a domain on WP, so a lot of things can't be changed outside the limits of this design. I have kept the rating because most of the people leave stars. I am currently watching a few movies which were not at the mainstram movie halls. Thanks again.

Then have a drop down menu acting as a secondary menu and put it in the sidebar. The theme is good. But if something is not there, improvise. The theme is good and header is well made for the site design.

Fantastic blog there Tenny, being a movie buff I can see myself coming to your blog more often. The piece on Mallu remakes into Hindi was particularly good, and btw only 79 for Premam? Based on the reactions I got from my friends it should have got 1000 out of 100 Laughing

@The Sorcerer - I will figure something out :) @Narasimha - Thanks :) That score is also more due to nostalgia; yes, it is overrated by the audience :D :D

Hey Tenny, I am a fan of Movies of the Soul for a long time. I love the way you write reviews using Vampire Bat and Vampire Owl. This makes it very interesting to read your blogs. Your blog has a very unique content that would appeal to many of the movie buffs like me.

In particular the malayalam movies and also horror movie reviews are something that is a USP of this blog. Your writing style is simple and easy on the reader. I have got many great recommendations from your blog.

Great work and am sure MOTS would reach greater heights!

Thank you :)

I was worried about the fall in the IndiRank that MOTS had experienced after buying the domain, which is why I put it here for review! :)

Hey Teny - I love the blog and its new feel....

Can you rearrange the sidebar though?

Also - I would love it if the vampire owls ca speak a lot more in Hindi :p (you know what I mean, right??). And I would love to see you review a lot more war movies as well - so basically I think the genres can be improved upon. Else, all is fantastic.

Cheers :-)

Thanks :)

I am still re-arranging the same :D

They are going to war, and are going to watch a lot more Bollywood movies; its in the list :)

Hi Teny, Somehow, the old black theme was in perfect sync with the Vampire family Tongue out I loved that. Jokes apart, this one looks cool. I find it quite interesting that you've introduced the 'Travel Diaries'  as a separate category and one can shift to your other blogs from there (nice and nifty). The Header looks stylish and attractive with the Vampire Bat. LaughingLaughing Overall, I find it quite good.

Wow! Fantastic blogsite dedicated to movie reviews! Lovely!

If you are not already, you should start getting paid for the movie reviews! :-)Great job, keep going!
