Areas of improvement - Fixing your sidebar. It's way too conjusted.

The following widgets bring no benefit and you may consider removing them -

Blog Archive (convert to drop down instead), latest tweets, Recent comments (reduce to 5 instead), Traffic Fidjet (increases load time terribly), All the awards from IndiBlogger can instead be put up in the same widget or on a separate page.
