Renie, can Indi do anything in this regard?

When my InDispatch was updated with a replaced Mug yesterday, I tracked its AWB on the Overnite Courier's site, since I had yet not received it.

I was shocked to see the status being shown as 'Delivered on 25 Nov'! 

Moreover, their site unlike BlueDart's does not track who received the courier and when.

Sorry, but I find BD more professional in this regard, and am shocked as to who pocketed my mug!

Can IndiTeam do anything in this reegard?

give a call to courier company (local franchisee) and track your consignment.

Thanks for the help Avadhoot, but all in vain.

Was able to track the mug after innumerous calls to the franchisee and able to scold him for attempting to pocket the mug. 

Alas! This one's also BROKEN!

the organizers could atleast use some "raddi news paper " to prevent the breakage

Got so excited to see a mug in the half opened courier but damn.....this one is broken too. Overnight courier. Not packed that badly but still broken. What a waste of good money! To first procure them and then send them. Indichange, breakthrough, please don't waste any more money. We wrote because we felt like writing about the great cause you are espousing. We don't NEED the mugs. Thank you so much for trying so hard to get the promised mugs to us. This isn't working. Please stop! inditeam could you please convey to the sponsors. Thank you.
