I just received my samples :)

received a phone call ( number +912264530003) from Tresemme company, the person inquired whether I have recieved my  sample or not (he used the word "gift hamper" for the sample).

now this is quite impressive, I liked it.  other brands should learn something from this. 

Me too. From not receiving the sample for so long to finally getting it and then people calling to make sure it's delivered, this is a change indeed. 

... and I hate such calls! 

Yeah, so did I and to my surprise, I received the product within 1 hour of the call. 

Received a confirmation call. Got confused for a minute as I was expecting a out station call and hardly expecting this call 

I have several missed calls from the No Bhavana mentioned.I didnt pick up the call thinking its telemarketing calls :P...

What is the last date for submitting the post? Will we get some kind of 'warning' before the submit tab vanishes?

My sample was sent back again. I dont undertsand why? courier person called me I saying I will get it after 2 days and it was sent back again. I can still write for the contest or not? not sure what to do?

Just got a mail from IB...Only 6 days left to submit the entry now once again 

 Wrote a shampoo post for sunsilk just 2 days ago. 

I just ended up finishing my post and submitted the same instantly. But my entry is not showing up with other particiapants on the page. Actaully my post has still not been cached by Google. Do I needed to wait before submitting? Should I submit again? Please help. This is my first contest entry.

The post submitted to contests are visible only after the last day of submission is passed. This is done to stop plagiarism. It has nothing to do with your post not showing on google (which actually take around some hours to days). 

There is no need to panic or submit it again if you have already submitted it here.

This contest is designed for women. All prizes are reserved for women blogggers. No point in writing a post for this..

They should have given 2k vouchers as prizes instead of these 50k-1l watches. That would have motivated me to write something. 

Yup... Watches, branded or not, don't lure me as I don't wear them. The topic is lovely but the prizes >_<

even i'm in two minds

I love watches.  but I'll never win them. So, I find no point in writing for prizes which I anyway dont win.

This will definitely be extended owing to the IPL Final!! I can't see the posts as well.

By the way, the first two prizes are absolutely droolworthy
