They have moderated a total of 96 entries and gave out 55 hampers so far...so 41 entries rejected, which is a huge number

Yes NSV.... Looks like TOI editor scrutinizing our post a lot and littering many posts. May be bloggers were serious about it when they write and forgot to write humor  which made more serious now .

How do you know how many have gone through moderation ?

I have not recv any mail yet..it is confusing 

I read the mail it says that it does not meet the minimum requirements. Mine is 455 word and I have placed the link as well. Now what to do?

I think it is related to humour component. The website has very high humour component..

I am not sure wat are they upto this time ...no clue ...mine ot rejected for quality ...

I think TOI first giving points based on their selection crtiteria where humour component is highly rated. Many of our posts that we have submitted within first 100 might not have met the criteria and the moderators are waiting for best posts to be rewarded inspite of order of submission. I couldn't make it probably but congrats to others who could bring that humour in their posts..Cheers...

I think like this, may be moderation team is first checking the humour component. The website standard on humour is very high. The moderation team may have point criteria that many our posts didn't fulfil. But they are first checking all the entries for the best entries based on their points, and then they will release the results. Some of our results, who have posted before 100 posts might not have crossed their point limit. So people who submitted late may get chance if they can come up with really innovative and funny posts..

Mine was 99 or 100...

I was so sure about this one ....and then after waiting 3-4 days ,I got rejection mail with moderator comment that its has spelling ,grammer and punctuation errors ,this happen when I always try to write real experiences ...I am not happy with Happy hour ...Please recheck if it's because of "Hindi" words used in post .

I don't know moderation team is using some tool to check this ...
