According to the United Nations, “It would take 1.6 Earths to meet the demands that humans make on nature each year.” Such is the pressure our precious earth is undergoing. Be it de-forestation, indiscriminate use of plastics, habitat loss for wild animals, we are slowly and surely ruining our own habitat. How can we as individuals and travelers contribute towards arresting this slide, how can we become eco-travelers and embrace more and more sustainable practices?
