1.    Wash and cut tomatoes into quarters2.    Heat oil, add mustard seeds3.    When mustard seeds crackle, add tomatoes4. Fry for a minute or two. Add Jaggery, turmeric and salt.5.  Cover and cook gently till tomatoes are cooked and gravy thickens.
