FIVE POINTS ON MANGO FLUFF

1.  Prepare mango puree. Add  gelatine dissolved previously in a little warm water2.    Prepare marshmallow as for marshmallow pudding.3.    Set a layer of marshmallow in a wet mould.4.  Pour mango puree over it. Cover with another layer of marshmallow. Leave to set in the refrigerator.5.    Turn out and decorate with whipped and flavoured cream.
