RAGI PUTTUNEEDED:- RAGI FLOUR - 1 CUP, SCRAPPED COCONUT- 1 TBLSPN, SUGAR - 1 TBLSPN, GHEE - 2TSP. METHOD :- SPRAY QUARTER CUP WATER IN RAGI FLOUR . MIX IT WITH HAND.
