 1. Grate and grind coconut into a fine paste2. Chop green chillies and ginger3. Beat curd well. Add ground coconut, green chillies and ginger. Add salt . Mix well.4. Heat oil. Add curry leaves and mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds crackle, add to the curd mixture. Mix well.
