Hi Archit,
I think this is a great opportunity for us to share our knowledge. I visited last year Webmaster's Meet at Delhi, so my suggestion would be to
1. List down the number of attendee's list send out a unique code so that we can understand what type of people are registering for the event. In future this will help us a long way.
2. Gather email address and phone number of the attendee's list to confirm the date and venue.

hey archit thanks a ton for this meet!im looking forward to it!brilliant idea i must add....hey can you find a more central a place?i know its near park street and all..but a different venue which is well connected could be a better idea...if not im still ok!one query,can i please get along a friend?since i am a girl it would be nice if i could bring someone with me.let me know if that is possible!cheerio

@Raka - As Renie said, you could bring as many people as you want along with you. If he or she could register here then it would be easy for us to organize the meet as we'll know how many bloggers are attending it. But yes you could bring along as many as you want.
As for the venue, I am really sorry but it has been already finalized so we can't change it now. Why not send us suggestions for better places so that wecould choose them the next time?

First of all, a ton of thanks for taking the effort to organize this.
Secondly, a ton of sorry's. Although I'm a Kolkatan, I'm in college now which is outside Kolkata. Moreover, we'll be having our mid-sem exams around that day. Thanks Anwin for the invitation, but I'm really sorry, i don't think I'll be able to add to the list of the attendees.

@leon - You don't have to pay a single penny for attending the meet. IndiBlogger.in is not charging you anything because they want Indian bloggers to meet up so that the community can grow as the blogging trend is growing. The schedule will be announced soon and for registration, Just click confirmation button above and you'll be registered.

This is a very good event going to be held this Sunday. I am really very much excited about this and want to join. But I'll not be able to join this as this sunday I will not be in Kolkata. I am really missing this opportunity to meet Bloggers from Kolkata and India.
I know the even can't be postponded, but If possible please post some pics and vids of the event.

Friends I was there with my friend and believe me it was worth more then my expensive sunday sleep. I really enjoyed every moment of it and would look forward for more of such events/meets. I will surely be there if possible.

We screwed up, therefore we apologize.
We guess you all have noticed by now the spelling error on your T-shirts! Needless to say, we were quite mortified when we noticed the error after the meet. We are working with our sponsor to get them replaced, and we'll email you guys soon on the status of the same.
On another note - the Kolkata meet was simply awesome - you guys gave us the best blogger meet we've had in a long time. It was loads of fun, and thank you Kolkata!

The enthusiasm was palpable. All good things must end. But indibloggers don't stop. Reminds me of the 'Metallica' lyrics from the song 'whiplash':
"The show is through
the metal is gone
its time to hit the road
another town, another gig, again we'll explode
Adrenaline starts to flow...."
..And we did thrash around

@ Yogesh forgot to mention hve checked out ur write up and its jusso well made and captured..a post made and woven into evergreen nostalgia.. :) i relly liked it n ya will post as soon as I can..the reason im held back is that my pc hs conked off so once it gets fixed il post a comment..
