My blog is based on fashion and beauty
you have started it quite well I have some tips which you can implement to look your blog better,
decrease the content width a little bit and make it around 650px
use the same font and font size same throughout the blog, I would recommend to use Arial or Georgia, and font size 13-14px
the header looks so big you can cut the space below and above logo. its taking to much space.
in the sidebar, instead of putting icons of various website you can list it down or you can use same size of icons for everyone so it will look good.
no need to show total pageviews. you can use that labels and email form in the sidebar instead.
And the last thing try using pagebreak in the post so you can use more post in the homepage.
