Looking for feedback on my blog

I've been writing for more than 8 months now and I have changed my template about 6 times and still not satisfied with the way i put things together. I need others to tell me I'm doing things greatly and it gives me the satisfaction and appreciation gives me the urge to do more. I love what I do and I also accept criticism. Please give me your feedback to make myself more presentable and improve my writing skills.
