Nice name and a nice blog. 

The content looks good. I think you can take a bit better pictures, try experimenting with angles and lighting. 

Try to take photos using the timer and the camera placed on something. No blurrs

Take photos in different lights. daylight, artificial light. 

I would suggest taking a picture of your paintings with you in it :) makes it very personal.

Also try and use simple photo editing tools. No need to go all the way to photoshop of course. 

The sidebars are overflowing into content at places. Its best to get rid of them. a simple twitter profile link is enough. It is an overhead to show a lot of extra content.

the background is too flowery, should be in contrast with your art works and photography i:e should be plain white or black without designs. i had to shield my eyes from all those colours. everything else is great, good artwork.
