Prime Minister Of India: Mr Manmohan Singh seems to be in the news for all the wrong news. First on the cover of Time magazine being labelled as THE UNDERACHIEVER, then constant demands of resignation from the oppposition parties by creating furor in the parliaments. The things which are going, are they going right or are just some antics top bring the UPA governement down, or a case of dirty politics?

It is all three. Evil government, evil opposition, evil regional parties and ineffective prime minister who has let his clean image be used as front for corruption thus making himself evil by abetting evil.

Only not too sure about what Anna, Kejriwal, Baba and co are up to.

Fool , there are some diseases one has to live with and try antibiotics only. to cutoff that part one may die even or have to cut off good parts too along with them. for this only hitler regime is needed, but then hitler gonna fill his bonnet. one has to slowly bring up reforms. we cannot allow foreigners to degrade our pm.

i see american conspiracy to disgrace india.

Well, I think this is expected because India is having trade relations with Iran? Iran and U.S. aren't the best of friends now, are they? Alas, its all about oil. You have to wonder if that's the reason why U.S. is planning to go to mars. If there was life there once, there maybe fossil fuel. Although consuming what used to be alien lifeforms is....disturbing.

righto S, it's oil, and power asurption by tactics. I read of gen.thimaaiya cotacted by americans in 50's to topple govt. and finish democracy to bring up military rule. I don't know howmuch of this to be true but one can never trust them.

i have the option and i want first executions first

all politicians harping divisionary words of different states transformed into one india loving people . martial law imposed on any utterance to those effects or any provocative gathrring to br arrested under tada. terrorist of any religion thrown behind bars. border more secured.

Maybe he has, maybe he hasn't, but the way the things are being portrayed against him are not right, according to me.

Well, nobody likes an absentee leader. People are attracted to personality and verve. For the second most populated country we sure do have some messed up leaders. Its such a shame because with the right people leading our country we would be flying high. That's a fact. Indians are genetically smart and healthy people. We even go to other countries and excel there. Before I get too off point, I have to say, even if Manmohan Singh is a great man, his true colors are just being bogged down by the curroption around him. It seems helpless. We need to start our politics afresh by being strict when it comes to curroption and more importantly, by introducing an age and education criteria. That would remove most of the main saboteurs.

Wow I've rambled a lot. Hope someone indulges me and reads that Tongue out

I think the NYT article put what I fell into words. He was a great man who introduced many vital economic reforms. He was this. Now it feels to me like he's just become closed up. He's become the figurehead of a sinking ship.

I agree Srikanth. Maybe he has great qualities, but he isn't able to head the country into the proper direction anymore. I wish we had more youth into politics, or some leaders who respect the power of youth.

In my POV, no matter what he has done, or what has been done under his company, I believe if he is the Prime Minister, we shouldn't use derogatory language against him. If someoen beleives he has done anything wrong, it should be investigated lawfully. Please, if you can't respect him, respect his position!

But don't you think the citizens need a reason for whatever is going in the country? I do not support the derogatory language, but still the answers need to be given.

I agree, people should demand an answer. But there is way. Asking questions doesn't mean using derogatory language and all.

But what if after askin the questions properly, the answers have not been given yet. What if it reaches the saturation level for people.
