Looking for feedback on my Tech News Blog

I launched a blog named TechStake on 22nd of May, 2013. It is very new, and I am working hard on it. I'm regularly writing in it. This blog mainly provides daily dose of tech updates, gadget news, and smartphone affairs.
It also covers all the latest information of the leading tech giants like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple, Samsung, Twitter, Nokia etc, so it will help you to know about all the things that are happening daily in the technological world. In short TechStake is a supreme online resource for any technology affairs around the world.
I want a review from your side on my blog, as its very new, and I'm sure that pretty much work is still left to do.. I'm basically looking review on these areas (you can provide inputs on other areas too).
1) Layout and Design
2) Contents and Styling
3) Navigation and user experience
4) Site load speed
5) First Impact

Aditya I dont know about site speed but I can give u some suggestions. The Artwork of Techstake is not good, the sitemap is in html, you will have problems with webmaster tools if you have that. Remove the alexa badge it doesnt serve any purpose and a label cloud would be nice along with google+ widget (it makes google happy)

@Vijay- Thanks bro for the review....How well did the site load on your browser?? By the I do have a XML site map in my robot.txt...so that is sorted....I keep the Alexa widget as I want to reduce my Alexa rank quickly...and it is helping....I'll surely add a Google+ widget....and I seriously need a well-designed header banner...I know that....I'm looking for it
The site is quick and fast to load. And if you have put sitemap.html on your website, the webmaster (i think bing but not sure) reads even xml files as html and gives an error, I was getting the same thing so I changed it. Check it out by submitting it to either one of them
