good personal blog. But you may want to consider changing the background black color. It is strainful to the eyes.
try to use generic font and use one uniform font throughout the site for easy reading

Thanks a ton Vish and Sameer, will make the changes... 1. Change the background colour and 2. put images in the blogs.

HI Shrijit,
I just went through your blog,
-I think content wise it is good, but it is verry difficult to read because of the color combination.
-Try using a lighter background with fine text in darker color that will give a relief to the eye.
- Maintain font size for all the posts.
