Hi Pooja.1 major problem..The main photo.. the one which we see first.. focuses on the man and not you.. see to it.
2nd, just 760 views Use FB twitter Indiblogger to promote your blog. If youre writing soo well, people need to see it na? Pull up your socks and promote. Dont be ashamed!
All in all, really nice!
PS - Since you write less.. you could write more in your individual posts :)

good articles and nice reading but you need to arrange your blog quite well to keep it looks nice avoid dark clor themes or pics.dont use them more.
