I haven't received my gift hamper.. but I will wait and watch before contacting IB support.

actually, to tell you the truth, i contacted the support and also emailed Karthik. After 3 emails, Vineet called me on the phone and promised that the hamper will be delivered, after a week, I got my hamper.
i actually don't care about the hamper, my point is that, if they promised something, they must deliver, if in case the product is not available anymore, they must inform the members. it will not take time to post a notice telling members about it. i'm just not happy of unfufilled promises, that's why I really bother the IB admin.

got this reply from my ticket, i hope this is true to other members who did not receive their hampers yet:
Dear Kajal,
We apologize for the delay in reply, we wanted to be sure that the Dove team had dispatched your hamper. As of now, they have confirmed that your name is in the final batch of Dove hampers that has been dispatched. Please reopen this ticket if you do not receive your hamper in a weeks time, and we will recheck the same.We are sorry for all the inconvenience, but it's not our team who are dispatching the hampers, hence the vague replies! We do hope you understand.
