After a long thought process, I initiated a web blog MindsBeyond.blogspot.com. The goal is to convert this into an online magazine and working hard on it. Its in a very initial state and I need your comments, suggestions, ideas etc to make it more finite. I have a plan to cover various topics including VIP Interviews, Global Issues, Gadget News ,Business and lot more.

Your blog is very intriguing. I would simply suggest that you remove the "Happy New Year 2012" sign, and that if you have an "Interviews" tab, then you ought to have interviews.
