I am into logging for more than three years now. I have developed skills, now i can design my own blog themes and much more technical advanced things.
I would like to know how many of users have acquired these skills? how many of you know about technical aspects of blogging like theme designing and developement? Search Engine Optimisation etc.

Could you tell me how one can preserve the widgets that have been added to a template when one changes the template.
I always lose all my widgets every time I change the template of my blog and have to reinstate them manually each time.
Some widgets get lost for ever, such as my followers list.

there are lot of quesitons but this is enough i think .
Mr Bala, the only thing you can do is to copy paste all your widget codes in a note pad. Save it as a text file. Better still, post it back dated on your blog so that none of your blog widgets are lost forever. There is no shortcut to this. You have to manage manually.
