Gaurav, you have an interesting blog about Karnal. Karnal is synonymous with Kalpana Chawla! Since you state on your blog that it is about the 'news, views, and opinion of people of Karnal' my suggestion would be to include more topics about Karnal such as places of interest in Karnal, and issues facing Karnal.
Also, it will be helpful to have the 'Labels' listed on the right hand side placed towards the top of the page, than at the bottom. This will help visitors to your blog to identify posts related to different topics on your blog. Same would apply for the 'Picture of the week' and 'Subscribe to blog' widgets.
Just noticed that since the background of the page is pink, it is a bit difficult to differentiate between the page and the links.(Labels, Followers of blog, etc). Maybe you could change them to have better visibility.
Overall, a good blog about Karnal. Looking forward to knowing more about Karnal through your blog!
All the best,
Adarsh.

@Adarsh: Liked your review. I agree with your comments.
@Gaurav: There is a nice feature by which you can search for the city of the blogger. Also try a couple of bigger cities around Karnal, and maybe you will find somepeople here.
Good luck and keep up the good effort,
Ram
