Nice blog. Good content. What I would suggest is:
- Organize your sidebar neatly. (4 widgets seems clogged)
- Instead of archives show "random/popular posts"
- Also show "related posts" at the end.

Niranjan, I like you blog and your posts.... But I have some suggestions:
- Change your background colour expecially the RED colour. Reading on red backgroung makes head-aches!
- Also try to add a page break to posts.
