Hi Sumeet

There are few things I wish to tell you.

1. Have a theme that has a light colored background and the font which is very dark. So that your readers will love to stay longer on your blog.

2. Try out a 3 column template. Preferred by many donno why?

3. Have a list of preferences too when you are searching, can be of great help when you want to maximize your space for adsense etc.

There are a lot of sites that provide free templates for blogger as mentioned earlier. If none of them suit your fancy you can make your own template at PsycHo, http://psyc.horm.org/

I designed the template of my blog using Psycho. Have a look. http://aldebaran14.blogspot.com
