Your IB profile links to a post on your blog rather than the blog itself. I advise you to correct it.
The blog design looks good. And the sidebar also looks clean and uncluttered. One small suggestion : Increase the font size of your posts. Currently, it appears a bit small.
Blog frequently. I see that it has been many months since you have last blogged!
