i call it non functional when it is not read by more than two computers or not recognised at all. Avadhoot saab aapne to humhe bilkool hi akbar k zamane ka samajh liya [ex military smile]

I doubt if they are going to send them again. For almost all contests, there are a few people who don't receive the participation prizes - they are either lost in transit or stolen by the courier boys. And this being a special edition pendrive, it might not be possible to send it again. The maximum that we can do is to hope the participation prizes get delivered for other contests in which we have participated.
P.S. I too didn't receive my pen drive for this contest.
