IndiBlogger is a bloggers community. As such, IB doesn't provide any technical support. But whenever you experience some technical problems ( templates, widgets, etc ) with your blog, start a forum thread and probably, you will find atleast one person who will be able to solve your problem. 
As you appear to be new to IB, go through the links given by Vishal. They will help you learn more about IB.
