Good work you are doing there. If I may suggest, making your posts a little humorous might help inholding readers' attention to the last word. Not saying it does not right now,but it might just add up some spices.

(deep sigh) Pleasure and pain and the witnessing factor - is it possible just through mental denial...or something more is required? what do you think?
