Facebook Instant Articles and Google's AMP

I think Google hasn't opened up its AMP search results to bloggers, but Facebook's Instant Articles accepts submissions from all  publishers.

So, is anyone publishing using Instant Articles? Was the effort to align with its strict guidelines worth it and how has is affected traffic/experience?

I've submitted my blog for approval and I'm not sure if it'll make the cut just yet. I might have to change around the feed to make it FB worthy, I think.

Looking for some inputs.

If you give it to Facebook instant articles.. then you will lose out traffic to your blog and that will cut your revenue. But you can try to compensate the revenue using Facebook ads platform.
