I have raised couple of tickets for the issues I am facing but haven't got a response on any of them.I am not able to submit any post on Indivine and also one of my blog is pending approval from long time.

What is the exact error message you are getting when you are trying to submit?
Btw are you submitting for a blog that is yet to be approved?
This is the error message -:
There was a problem with your submission. Error code: Ragnir
No for the one which was approved long back
