I have been blogging for about two years but still consider myself a newcomer. I have not yet commercially used my blog. I have got an offer for a dofollow link from a site. They are asking for quotations for doing that. I dont know how it works, and how much to charge. Please help.

it actually depend on the type of dofollow link, it may be promotional or just backlink for another blog site.
It is a dofollow link for a coupons and deals aggregator through a blog from my site.

I usually charge up to 500$ for a review+link. For now I do not give links alone (Have given a few for 100$ before)
Since your stats are new, you can quote somewhere between $25-50. And it will be good if you take a guest post from them.
