It cannot be more clear than "You need to improve your grammar". Your introduction of this thread has some grammatical mistakes. If you have similar mistakes in your article, then there's no point about talking about traffic because most people find it annoying and unprofessional. As a result, people will exit out of the site after reading a snippet of your content. How much of your do you stay engaged in your website is more important than the number of page views. Lower bounce rate, the better.
