I write about project management and people issues, especially in the context of software development. It would be great to know how I can improve my blog further. Thanks in advance for your time and effort!

Any one who has been to Antarctica gets my vote. Could you please post some pictures from your trip - that would be nice (or perhaps it is already there - could not find it).
Your mail posts on managemet are very good. I need to follow you since I have a management blog too.
There is a strange strip running bang in the middle of your posts - something call "powered by sebsite grader"; could you get rid of that (I can see it on my imac, perhaps it is in the right positon on a PC.)
Cheers!
Amitabh

Oops! Typo - please read "powered by website grader" instead.

@Amitabh: Thanks Amitabh. I will also look up your blogs (I just checked the links and realized that you are prolific blogger). I use the websitegrader.com badge and I think that's the one causing screen layouts. It works fine on Dell laptop but doesn't work on my HP laptop that has a smaller screen. So, I think there is some tweaking I need to do on that. I will also upload photos from Antarctica very soon. I am reachable at [email protected].
